Hello Friends,
During the British regime, there has been many incidents of racial discrimination including our own Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi who was thrown out of the train.
This incident provoked Gandhi and proved a remarkable influence on the future which later led to our nation’s independence.
Why I would like to remind this incident is because, I have been hearing a lot from my friends saying I am being harassed, cornered, stressed out by others every single day.
And this is what I want to say to all those who have been experiencing such trauma.
There is a limit to which one can withstand such stress and pressure. Once the limit is crossed, the breaking point, a fightback or a revolution will arise within ourselves.
At that point, you will start confronting your fears, start questioning back.
If you are in such a situation, there is nothing wrong in questioning or standing up for yourself. If you do not stand for yourself, you might feel enslaved.
Moreover, it is also important to make the person understand about their wrongdoings. If you do not let them know this fact, you will repeatedly be pushed, harassed and stressed.
Boldly express what you are going through. Repelling in a polite, dignified way is not wrong. Gandhi’s story should be an example for us.
